1. Introduction
Welcome to Sensoplus. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase and access to TradingView Pine Script strategies available through invite-only subscriptions. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue using our website.
2. Services Offered
Sensoplus provides TradingView Pine Script strategies available via subscription. These strategies are distributed through invite-only access on TradingView. Customers may subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the chosen plan, and all scripts are assigned exclusively to the subscriber’s TradingView username.
3. User Login and Access Requirements
To use our services, you are required to log in using a valid Google account. This login enables authentication and secure access. After purchase, you must provide a valid TradingView username. Access to the scripts is linked strictly to the provided username and will not be reissued to alternate accounts under any circumstances.
4. Subscription Plans
Sensoplus offers two subscription plans: monthly and yearly. Pricing and plan details are listed on the subscription page of our website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the start of the next billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing based on your selected plan.
5. Script Access and Delivery
After successful payment and submission of your TradingView username, access will be granted on TradingView within 24 to 48 hours. Scripts are delivered through TradingView’s invite-only system. Once access is granted, delivery is considered complete.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and the instant, non-reversible access to invite-only scripts, no refunds will be provided for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect username submission, dissatisfaction with results, or change of mind.
7. Global Use and Legal Compliance
While our services may be accessible globally, Sensoplus operates exclusively from India. You are responsible for ensuring that use of our services complies with your local laws. Sensoplus will not be held liable for use in restricted jurisdictions.
8. Intellectual Property
All TradingView scripts and content provided by Sensoplus are the intellectual property of the company. Copying, sharing, reselling, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized redistribution of any content is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Sensoplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if there is any evidence of account misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these terms. We may also modify or discontinue service offerings with or without prior notice, as deemed necessary.
10. Limitations of Liability
Sensoplus shall not be held liable for any trading losses, financial decisions, or damages arising from the use or misuse of our scripts. We provide tools for educational and informational purposes only, and they do not constitute investment advice. Performance depends on multiple factors, including user discretion and market behavior. We are also not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues originating from the TradingView platform.
11. Privacy and Data Handling
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only collect necessary information to provide access, manage your subscription, and fulfill legal obligations. We do not store or process any payment information directly. 12. Changes to These Terms
Sensoplus may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
